Once your order has been submitted, you will receive a confirmation email.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Our in stock items will ship within 2 - 3 business days after purchase.
Please allow up to 2-4 weeks of production for custom/personalized jewelry before your item ships. Tracking information will be emailed once order has shipped.
Can I rush order a personalized item?
At this time we do NOT offer rush orders on personalized items.
If I ordered a non-personalized/in stock item and a custom/personalized item in one order will they ship separately or together?
If you order a non-personalized or in stock item(s) in addition to a personalized item, they will all ship together.
How can I modify my order?
Please be advised that once an order has been placed we are unable to make any modifications to the order including cancellations.
What is your refund policy?
All sales are final. Exchanges are available for all non-personalized items if there is a defect in the product. To be eligible for an exchange, please email firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of receiving your order. Items returned after 7 days will not be processed. No exceptions.
ALL CUSTOM/PERSONALIZED items are final sale. Items can not be canceled, modified or refunded once an order has been placed. Please carefully review your order prior to submitting.
Please note that a refund will not be issued for any or all of the following reasons:
If you changed your mind;
If you accidentally ordered the wrong product;
If you decided you did not like the product;
If you found the item cheaper somewhere else;
If you have no use for the product.
What metals are your products made of?
Our base metals consist of stainless steel, 925 Sterling Silver and solid 14K Gold. Our stainless steel and sterling silver products are plated in 14K & 18K yellow gold, rose gold and platinum. Our products are hypoallergenic and nickel free.
How should I care for my plated jewelry?
To keep your jewelry clean, gently wipe with a soft cloth and store in your MODxFIN jewelry microfiber bag or MODxFIN jewelry box. We pride ourselves on the quality of our product; however, if your jewelry should be exposed to perfume, lotion, hair products, bathing/swimming, tarnishing may occur. Tarnishing may also be caused by the skin’s natural pH levels.
What are your shipping guidelines?
Our customer service team is available to assist you Monday through Friday from 8am-5pm CST (excluding weekends and national holidays). All orders submitted before 5pm will begin its process the same day. Orders submitted after 5pm, will start its process the next business day in the order it was received. Orders submitted after 5pm on Friday, will be processed on Monday. Orders submitted on Saturday and Sunday will begin its process in the order it was received during the following week.
Do you provide International Shipping?
Yes. Customer is responsible for all shipping fees including customs fee. Please email email@example.com to place an order.
There's an error in my shipping address! Can you assist me?
Yes, we are happy to help! Please email our customer service team immediately once you submit your order. We will do our best with updating your address. Also, If your address has changed during the processing time of your order, please email us immediately prior to us shipping. Emails are sent to firstname.lastname@example.org

How long is shipping?
After your order is processed, your package will be shipped by USPS Priority within 1-3 business days.
Is Signature required upon delivery for my order?
Signature is required upon delivery for all orders. Please note that MOD x FIN Jewelry is not liable for lost/stolen shipments when tracking states that the item has been signed and/or delivered.
I am experiencing a delivery issue, how can you help?
If your package is not showing up as having been delivered, we, the shipper, will file a claim with USPS and come to a resolution. When filing a report with USPS, it can take up to 14 business days for the claim to be completed. We are unable to replace the lost or stolen item until the claim is completed with USPS.
MOD x FIN Jewelry is not responsible for the delayed delivery of packages due to the customer not being available for signature upon arrival or due to any unforeseen weather or technical issue within the shipping company.
If your package is sent back to MOD x FIN Jewelry for any reason, you will be subject to paying for the re-shipment of your order.
