                            SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY


The MOD x FIN Jewelry Team is available to assist you Monday through Friday from 8am-5pm CST (excluding weekends and national holidays). All orders submitted before 5pm will begin its process the same day. Orders submitted after 5pm, will start its process the next business day in the order it was received. Orders submitted after 5pm on Friday, will be processed on Monday.


Our in stock items will ship within 2 - 3 business days after purchase. Made to order and out of stock items will ship within 2-4 weeks unless otherwise specified. We will email you with tracking information when your order has been shipped.

If you order in stock items in addition to a personalized item, they will all ship together.

Due to COVID-19, Please allow up to 4 weeks of production for custom/personalized jewelry before your item ships. Tracking information will be emailed once order has shipped.


All US orders will be shipped through the United States Postal Service. Signature is required upon delivery. MOD x FIN Jewelry is not liable for lost/stolen shipments when tracking states that the item has been signed and delivered. MOD x FIN Jewelry is not responsible for the delayed delivery of packages due to the customer not being available for signature upon arrival or due to any unforeseen weather or technical issue within the shipping company. If your package is sent back to MOD x FIN Jewelry for any reason, you will be subject to paying for the re-shipment of your order.

If the package is not showing up as having been delivered, we, the shipper, will file a claim with USPS and come to a resolution. When filing a report with USPS, it can take up to 14 business days for the claim to be completed. We are unable to replace the lost or stolen item until the claim is completed with USPS.



All sales are final. Exchanges are available if there is a defect in the product. To be eligible for an exchange, please email within 7 days of receiving your order. Items returned after 7 days will not be processed. No exceptions.

ALL CUSTOM/PERSONALIZED items are final sale. Items can not be canceled, modified or refunded once an order has been placed. Please carefully review your order prior to submitting.




We offer complimentary repairs within the first 30 days of purchase. We will repair only custom/personalized jewelry purchased through Please email with your name, telephone number, order number, and a brief description of the problem. We will respond with instructions on how to proceed within 48-72 hours. Please allow 2-4 weeks for all repairs.  If you need a repair after 30 days, we are happy to repair your jewelry for an additional charge plus shipping & handling.

Re-Dipping service is available for a fee on custom/personalized plated jewelry.
